Add new --clean option; this makes ikiwiki remove all built files in the destdir, as well as wrappers and the .ikiwiki directory.

The changelog is partly Fedora-specific, not something
I want to maintain. The Source line is not needed when building
from tarball. Overriding BuildRoot
