Add tw1t611 ergodash keymap. (#8377)

* Add tw1t611 ergodash keymap.

* Fix keycodes. Change kc_rctl to kcb rsft.

* Change block to enum layers.

* Remove blackslahs.

* Remove last slash. Align row.

* Use new german keymap.

* Fix typo.
