Add delay to CSA macros using dead keys
With the BÉPO over CSA on Windows, the dead keys stop working after a while, like in http://superuser.com/questions/776558/suddenly-dead-keys-dont-work I suspect this is triggered by too fast typing from macros.daktil_manuform
