Saka68 Hotswap Refactor (#14595) 
* rename LAYOUT to LAYOUT_68_ansi

* tidy-up keymaps

Adjusts indenting for readability/aesthetics.

* remove default keymap readme

* add LAYOUT_68_iso macro

* enable Community Layout support
