[Keyboard] YMDK NP21: correct numpad layout matrix (#10874) 
I noticed that my KC_PPLS and KC_PENT keys weren't actually doing
anything. By looking at the ortho_6x4 layout, I guessed that maybe the
pins were incorrect and guessed the proper ones. Now, my numpad is fully
functional.

YMDK NP21

kp21 — full grid layout

ps2avrGB based number-pad sold fully assembled by YMDK on Aliexpress.

Make example for this keyboard (after setting up your build environment):

make ymdk_np21:default

Flashing example for this keyboard (after setting up the bootloadHID flashing environment)

make ymdk_np21:default:flash

Reset Key: Hold down the 'Top Left Key' (USB on top) while plugging in the keyboard.
