Add board specific to Proton-C, with usual defaults turned on. (#10976) 
- Set all other ChibiOS defaults to 'off', when not targeting Proton-C
- Modified all existing F303 boards to point at the QMK_PROTON_C to ensure repeatable binary output
- Modified version.h generation so that SKIP_VERSION=yes generates the same output

cKeys.org

cKeys is an all volunteer run 501c3 nonprofit organization located in Seattle, Washington.

In addition to hosting the Seattle Mechanical Keyboard Meetups, we teach soldering workshops featuring hardware hosted in this repository.

    • The Obelus - 4x4 Macropad
    • naKey - Through hole numpad
    • Handwire 101 - Handwired 4x4 (Proton C or Pro Micro)
    • The Dora Board - 4x5 with rotary encoder and Proton C pinouts
    • Washington Macropad - Macropad shaped like Washington State with rotary encoder and OLED
