Basically:

  • Home row mods: ASDF is Super, Alt, Ctrl, Shift, JKL; is Shift, Ctrl, ALt, Super
  • Turn off home row mods with a layer toggle (e.g. for gaming)
  • Grave escape
  • Tap Lower for escape
  • Tap Raise for backspace
  • Movement keys on both Raise and Lower layers
  • Access Adjust layer by holding Raise and Lower
