Keymap: Update whitefox/konstantin keymap (#3980)

* Rename constexpr keymap folder to konstantin

* Replace numpad comma with Unicode comma

* Rename tap dance constants

* Move record->event.pressed check into switch

* Use RShift as a dedicated Fn key
