Keymap: Update keymap to match latest changes to Wilba's firmware. (#4432)

* Fix firmware to work with latest Wilba changes (i.e. dynamic keymap) and M60a.

* Get back RGB Backlight codes.

* More tweaks.

* Update users/talljoe/rules.mk
