[Keymap] Updates to jdelkins userspace and keymaps (#13216)

- Remove disused dz60/jdelkins_ss keymap
- Manage configured features for firmware size
- Improve build configuration for the secrets feature
- Various keymap tweaks
- Clean up formatting in various places
