adding Hadron v3 keyboard, QWIIC devices support, haptic feedback support (#4462) * add initial support for hadron ver3 * add initial support for hadron ver3 * pull qwiic support for micro_led to be modified for use in hadron's 64x24 ssd1306 oled display * initial work on OLED using qwiic driver * early work to get 128x32 oled working by redefining qwiic micro oled parameters. Remove Full Bootmagic (#13846) * disambiguate Bootmagic rules in keymaps The files edited by this commit were added at a point in time where `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = yes` enabled full Bootmagic. This commit edits the files to specify that full Bootmagic is intended. * remove BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE=full setting * unify commented BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE rules in keyboards Explicitly sets `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = no` in keyboards where the rule was commented out.
