joey cf3021ef3f * Fixed a bug with previews of subpages having broken links to top-level pages. * Change how the stylesheet url is determined in the templates: Remove STYLEURL and add BASEURL to all templates (some already had it). Use ./Makefile.PL to generate a Makefile, "make" will build the
documentation wiki and a man page, and "make install" will install ikiwiki.

All other documentation is in the ikiwiki documentation wiki, which is also
available online at <http://ikiwiki.kitenet.net/>
