ikiwiki/markdown is a basewiki page and shouldn't link to pages in tips.
Instead, make the tips link to it, so backlinks will point back to them.
While I'm at it, move the info about the emacs mode to a tip.
Reasons include:
- easier to type
- might want postprocessor directives again sometime, and listdirectives
can then use the directive/* files for either
- that it's done as a preprocessor step is an internal detail (and not a
very accurate one, really :-)
Those pages show up in the basewiki on most ikiwiki sites and thus
really ought not to be indexed. We can let robots follow them though.
