This plugins changes `<`, `>` and `&` characters into the
corresponding entities (`&lt;`, `&gt;`, `&amp;`), and wraps its input inside
a `<pre>`...`</pre>` tag. I'm not sure if this is sufficient.
This plugins uses HTML::Entities::encode_entities() on the page's content
and wraps it in a `<pre>`...`</pre>` tag.
