* Patch from Enrico that - allows preprocessor directives to have parameters with no specified value - fixes preprocessor directive parameter parsing so that foo=bar baz now means "foo=bar" and a "baz" with no value - Add a tag plugin that allows more easily tagging pages. The meta plugin can also still be used for this.

The tags work the same as if you had put a (hidden) [[WikiLink]] on the page

This plugin has a configuration option. Set --tagbase=tag and links to tags
will be located under the specified base page. If ikiwiki is configured
this way, then the example above actually tags the page with the tags
tags/tech, tags/life, and tags/linux. This is a useful way to avoid
having to write the full path to tags, if you want to keep them grouped
together out of the way.
* Add getopt hook type, this allows plugins to add new command-line options. * Add --tagbase option to tag plugin.

Hope encrico doesn't mind, but I changed the location and layout of the tags on the templates. This way seems to fit better with the links. Also some css cleanup, avoid hardcoded <i> etc.

This plugin is included in ikiwiki, but is not enabled by default. If it is
enabled, you'll see a note below that this page is tagged with the "tags"
tag.
