* Need to get post commit hook code working.
* Need some example urls for web based diffs.
* `rcs_commit_staged`, `rcs_rename`, `rcs_remove`, are not
  implemented for tla, and so attachments, remove and rename plugins
  cannot be used with it. (These should be fairly easy to add..)
