Add PROSA as supporting organisation

PROSA is the "Danish Association of IT Professionals". Verify their support in the newsletter at http://nyhedsbrev.prosa.dk/t/t-e-khtlyud-ykdlijuhl-r/. Ole Tange on behalf of PROSA also requested addition as supporting organisation in email correspondance with contact@fsfe.org during October/November 2017.
