[Keyboard] Add VIA support for Wasdat Code (#8892)

* Add VIA keymap

Also adds more backlight levels.

* Change wasdat code PID

* Alias LAYOUT_fullsize_iso to LAYOUT_all

* Change VIA layout macro to LAYOUT_all
